1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
ToolsGram is designed to be a local utility toolkit. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, or phone number. However, certain tools within the App require specific device permissions to function correctly:
Camera Permission: Required exclusively for the QR Scanner & Generator to scan codes. We do not record video, take hidden photos, or upload your camera feed to any external servers.
Storage / Photos Permission: Required for the Image to PDF Converter and Image Compressor tools. The App accesses your local storage only to select the files you choose to process. All file processing (compression and conversion) is done directly on your device. We do not upload your personal photos or documents to our servers.
Locally Processed Data: Tools such as the Secure Password Generator, Smart Financial Calculator, Advanced Text Toolkit, and Universal Tally Counter process all data locally on your device. For instance, the passwords you generate are never saved, tracked, or transmitted anywhere.
2. Third-Party Services
To provide a free and optimized experience, ToolsGram uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, serve ads, or analyze app performance. These third-party services include:
Google Play Services: For core app functionalities and app updates.
Google AdMob & AppLovin MAX: We use these advertising networks to display ads within the App. These partners may use advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID) and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests and device usage.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: We use these tools to understand how users interact with the App and to log crash reports. This data is fully anonymized and helps us improve the App's performance and fix bugs.

3. Data Security
We value your trust in using ToolsGram. Since the majority of the App's functions operate locally on your device, the risk of data breaches is extremely low. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
